Nice try with your FX but you completely forgot the synchronization in the 2nd part of your AMV...
So i think that's why you are 29th.

The first part was very promising. Then 1:04 happened.

FX and story should always come after editing to the song. No offense but this video was just an unfinished project and hence the bad ranking. Keep it up because visually it was interesting and well done, but probably not the best project to go for in an IC.

i neednt to over sync later on because first of all most of the scenes had the falling theme which made it look like an individual sequence all i had to do was to keep the internal sync and interest this isnt a raw edit to be judged by how fantasy my transitions and synchronization were .

Did you forget what it was to make an AMV ? The purpose is to synchronize an anime with a music for making a simple video. Making an effects doesn't mean the AMV will be good, you have criteria that you must respect for making a good video, and in your case, you just have a pack of FX, a fragile syncronization and nothing else. So, a original video with good effects doesn't mean that it better than a RAW editing, just watch the video (made for this Iron Chef) of your EU team mate and you will understand i think...

id suggest watching any real life music video and talk to me about the boring syncronization u were asking for these standards of yours are wrong both are different styles and judging them by the same aspect is stupid also synchronize a monotonous beat is very predictable and boring and thinking that it was best to synchronizing them is stupid too , i dont really expect you to understand .

euh well i have to tell ya that both sagiki & MDL are right about this point , this is how things works honestly , so work with it , they didn't said that it's forbidden to use fx , but u have to sync your clip with your music already or else the entire edit will be a messy instead of an amv ( no offense but that's the truth )
